Satin printed labels are great for t-shirts, infant clothing or lingerie because they are very soft and silky in texture while retaining its shape. The satin material has a sheen that can add elegance to your product. Satin clothing labels are also excellent as care and content labels due to its slick background that helps print very small detailed lines and letters.
We silk screen flexographic ink onto the satin polyester substrate, with either slit or finished edges. Although satin labels only come in black or white backgrounds, we can custom dye the satin for an additional fee.
If you choose slit edges, we recommend a centerfold or end fold label. A slit cut label with no folds could fray when sewn on. A finished edge label is a little more expensive, but it’s higher quality and has less of a chance of fraying if not sewn into a seam.
Satin printed labels are not recommended for garments which will be going through the garment dying process as they will absorb the garment dye.

The text in the artwork is clear, sharp and vibrant. Small fonts are expressed using the most advanced skills in printing.
The default background colors are white or black. But we can also custom-dye the label for that unique look.
